What a nice surprise. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly multilingual reception guy. We were given a great room for the 3 of us. It was the corner room overlooking the main street. The hotel is easy to find, and parking is just around the corner. Graz is a great place, and this is the place to stay. 5 minute walk to the main part of the city. Which is a good way to walk off the large schnitzel dinner you will surely devour.

This hotel is a nice mid range hotel on a main street so try and avoid rooms at the front of the building to block out the noise. The people were very good and spoke English which helps a bit.

I asked for a quiet room and was pleased they had responded to this request. They were friendly and helpful, it was simple and unpretentious, warm and comfortable and well placed for the centre of Graz. Everything went very smoothly and I would happily stay there again. Indeed, I hope we will one day!

Friendly staff who go the extra distance to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to visit the city again and would stay there but next time would ask for a room at the rear or side of the hotel due to the late night noise from traffic.
