Internet access was not good.

I am not sure if I would rate this as a 4-Star Hotel. For the price I guess it's clear that it is at the lower end of this level. The Hotel is probably long over due for renovation. The rooms were clean, bed and linen comfortable, but the room had an oder of old carpets etc.. which no amount of cleaning can remove. The bathroom was the smallest of any hotels I have stayed in (3 ro 4 stars), but I had a Kitchenette that was bigger than the bathroom that brought no benefit.

It's a small but cuzy hotel with a very good location. It takes a short walking distance to the famous lake and shoping area, situated near few good resturants. Hotel service is good, breakfast is good and hotel staff are helpfull and pleasent.

Easy access to town and lake. Easy tram ride from main railway station. Room slightly shabby, and 2 days running left towels for only 1 person,(2 guests). Finally got it right on 3rd day. Overall quite acceptable, with potential to be better.
