Best Western Hotel Carlton Annecy Guest Reviews
We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights on 21 August 2012 and found it very nice. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were of a good size and also very clean. The location was great and very easy which allowed you to walk around this beautiful City. A bonus was being able to park your Car in an underground Carpark which you had to pay for at the Hotel, however it was in a very secure place and just around the corner from the Hotel.The breakfast was very good and the service at the Hotel was excellent. Special mention for Pauline at Reception who provided excellent customer service
