EVERYTHING WAS WAS OK. EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. NO ROOM SERVICE

for the price i was expecting a bigger room with more Amenities at the hotle. Pool was nice, but small and the jacuzzi didn't work. Rooms were nice and clean, but small and the matress was hard. Hotel staff was nice and quick. Location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios. 2 miles away and easy to get to from the freeway. We were also about a mile away from Hollywood Blvd. Plenty of things to do in the area

Although we confirmed our stay a day ahead of our stay, we arrived to find that the hotel didn't have the room we selected. Instead of two double beds, we had one king and a small trundle delivered to the room. Overall we were disappointed with the room that first night. However, they were able to move us into our selected room the next day and it met our expectations. Service was really pretty good. Restaurant was small but offered a good variety and very good service. Rates ok and location is excellent.

I was moving my child to college in LA and needed a place to stay that was close to downtown LA but not priced like downtown LA. This fit the bill. It was a reasonable price, close to the freeway. It is close to Hollywood Blvd and the other tourist sites in Hollywood. Worked well to do some site seeing and and manage the things needed to get my child settle for college. Easy access to the freeway allowed us to visit Venice Beach on the weekend. The room was clean and well kept. It is what you would expect for a Best Western not luxury but clean, comfortable and the location was just what I needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay where the hotel is not the destination. Staff was kind.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 short days, we had tickets to Ellen show. We didn't want to stay in Burbank and this was the perfect place for us! Hotel was easy to find, parking was free(huge bonus) and we were a 2 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd, which was great. We weren't at the hotel very long but the staff was very helpful and friendly, the pool looked very nice although we didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel was less than 15 mins from Warner Bros studio(to see Ellen) so this was an ideal place for us to stay and easy to get to and from LAX too. Would definitely stay here again!!
