We are both in our eighties and the room was on the ground floor. Super sized bath. Good lighting. King sized bed was comfortable. Non-smoking room. 99 Restaurant with good food. Right next to highway. Would recomend to anyone visiting Nashua.

We were put into 2 differant rooms, due to them not having items that were suppose to be included with "all" rooms. In both rooms, items were not working, ie; air conditioning unit, hair dryer, & safe, when in the rooms, did not work, or barely worked at all. Rooms in old condition, carpets dirty. WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

NEVER AGAIN...One of the worst I've stayed in and definitely the worst Best Western. Rooms and hall had an awful mold/mildew/smoke/pet smell. The room showed signs of water damage on the walls, ceiling, bathroom door and in the grout. We check in went to lunch and came back and decided it was bad enough to leave however the management would only give us a 50% refund for the four hours (1 of which was actually spent in the hotel). Customer Service was horrible and rude. Also there is no longer a fitness room even though it is still advertised. I could go on and on but JUST DON'T STAY HERE!

We had a room in the non-smoking/non-pet wing, but you had to walk through the smoking/pet wing which was odorous. There was little space around the beds in the room to store luggage for four. Computer and printer access in the lobby was helpful. The staff was pleasant. The prices was the lowest in the area.
