Everythng met my expectations. Some aspects of the hotel are getting dated. The television was an old model with very poor reception / picture. The room, although a bit dated and worn was clean. All in all for the price point it was average or a bit better than average.

second time but not he last.great starting point for our vacations.all amenities included,clean,great staff & inexpensive parking with shuttle to airport.

Great breakfast included with the room rate. Lots of options such as indoor pool, exercise room etc. Also looks like keeping up to date with new carpet is important.They were changing it while we were there.

The Best Western Hotel was very accessible from the highway. I was very satisfied with the front desk clerks upon my arrival. The only dissappointment was that I had lines running through the screen of the television. The handyman tried to fix it but could'nt. Other than the TV I basically enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and your website to others. I originally booked a 2 night stay thru another site, which was not very nice. It was listed as a 2.5 star Fairfield by Marriott in Madison Heights, Michigan. This hotel was more like a flea bag motel. I stayed the first night because it was so late. That same night I [...] booked the Best Western for my 2nd night. Although I lost money for the second night at Fairfield, booking Best Western was the right move for me and my family.
