It was all perfect. Best staff ever in best western. Really pleasant. Just the wifi was slow and had a bad signal strength, maybe depends on room.

Everything looked a bit worn out but this hotel is located easy walking distance from Niagara Falls. As a single traveller without a car and have been this area several times, I wanted to stay somewhere close to the falls and reasonable. By the price and the location, this hotel was perfect for me. Went to see the falls in night illumination, early morning quiet falls and daytime crowded falls. Oh, and I found this hotel is pet friendly. You can stray here with your dog or something! Means, if you have a pet allergy, Don't Stay HERE!

Good Location to Falls. Close to Casino. Staff good apart from girl in restaurant texting while trying to serve me at front counter. (Just rude).

The hotel was located in the heart of the tourist area with all amenities and entertainment a walking distance away. Close to the falls. A good variety of restaurants and the casino was very close by.

The room was very clean, large & comfortable. The hotel was very quiet & peaceful. The location was perfect - a very short walk to the Falls & other activities. The staff was exceptional & very helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is that they include parking in the price of the room. Would definitely recommend it & will stay there the next time I visit Niagara Falls.
