The hotel was located in the heart of the tourist area with all amenities and entertainment a walking distance away. Close to the falls. A good variety of restaurants and the casino was very close by.

The room was very clean, large & comfortable. The hotel was very quiet & peaceful. The location was perfect - a very short walk to the Falls & other activities. The staff was exceptional & very helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is that they include parking in the price of the room. Would definitely recommend it & will stay there the next time I visit Niagara Falls.

We were looking for a nice clean place close to the falls area to stay so we chose the Best Western Falls View. We arrived and the reception staff were very friendly and help full and the hotel did not dissapoint. Room was large, shower was excellent and we had a great nights sleep on very comfy beds. Hotel was very close walking distance to everywhere. Only thing i would say is ATM in hotel doesn't take VISA cards. But as we found out it is very hard to find ATMs that do take VISA cards in Niagra Falls area. Great coffee shop across the road from Hotel. Would definately recommend you stay here. Very clean.
