Best Western Elysium Design Hotel Athens Guest Reviews
The hotel is clean and cool - the air conditioning a definite bonus. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and we were particularly impressed with Nikos on the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and polite.

A perfect hotel for a weekend stay. Very nice and helpful staff. Good neighbourhood, not as expensive as Plaka. Close to metro. Definitely priceworthy!

We were suprised at how little space we had considering how much we the room was. Not sure if this is standard for Athens, but it seemed alot to us. Also the breakfast was a joke! There wasn't enough room on the 5th floor for all the guests. One person had to sit on the balcony outside to eat his breakfast. There really wasn't much on offer either. The decor between floors was interesting. The street was very noisy in the evening, however we were close enough to the metro to get around. The staff at reception were freindly.

I found the owners of the hotel very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always cleaned but the room was rather small for what I am use to but for the price its okay. I did not like the area at night though as their were not pleasant people walking the night and for a mother and child this can be daunting. But overall, I found the location a good place to get to for the Omnia Metro and to shopping areas for food and restaurants. It was easy to catch the metro back from the Hotel Location to the airport on our last day. So, if you are looking for an area where things are accessible and just need a room to rest for the night ... Best Western Elysium provides you with that gift.

This hotel worked perfectly for us and is very conveniently located near the Archeological Museum of Athens as well as a short walk to places like Psirri and the Plaka.
