Best Western Ellerslie International Motor Inn Guest Reviews
Arrive at the motel to check in and only to find the reservation has been double booked. The unit was occupied by other guess. Was sent by the motel to another accommodation, only to discover it is further away. Arrive at the hotel, checked in and made our way to the room and the room wasn't even made up. Waited for 15 minutes hoping the house keeper would sort the room out for us but no luck so we just left our luggage in the room and left. However upon return, the room was made and it was clean. The hotel was rated 4 star, however dissapointing that did not reflect on the overall service.

Very friendly and attentive staff went the "extra mile" helping with local travel arrangements and advice over local tourist attractions.

I found this a very clean and well presented hotel with up to date facilities with really good room rates. Would definately stay here again. Also the staff were really polite.

I stayed in a twin room, very clean, plenty of space, good decoration, new furniture, very quiet! The staff are great, they are really friendly and available. I am very satisfied with my stay in there, I would come back and I also recommend it to anybody.
