Very helpful and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again.

The staff at reception always appeared bored with their job. If you were approaching from any direction they avoided even eye contact unless specifically spoken to. By contrast the housekeeping team always spoke in a friendly fashion. We certainly saw no one offering help with luggage despite my walking very slowly using a cane. This lack of friendliness simply sent us to local brasseries for breakfast and drinks.

We booked at the last minute and couldn't believe our luck when we turned up at the hotel. Location, facilities and general design of the hotel were more than perfect.

Very modern hotel in an excellent position for sight seeing around Reims and very close to the Cathedral. Helpful and friendly staff on reception who spoke good English.
