This is a great traditional style hotel in the old city of Granada, on a pedestrian street full of tapas bars and restaurants. We had a top floor room with a balcony and views over the rooftops, but the lift only went up to the floor below - not a problem for us but it may be for some. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and we were offered a good price on arrival. The room was comfortable, not too large, but it is an older building. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke good English. The bar attached to the hotel provided good food and was very busy at times. An excellent choice for a city break in Granada as everything is in walking distance.

The location was great. Close to the catherdral, shops, restaurants, and plazas. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. The staff came twice to try and fix it by pouring something in a drain in the middle of the bathroom to unclog it. The shower was tiny. It was unpleasant.

Enjoyed the hotel, its location and a very nice weather (which might eventually change until you'll arrive). There is even a parking for a car you don't need in the city. Why nobody cares about the national speech impairement (see the "c" of Andalucia) while I spend a fortune treating my kid in England?!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff & a great location close to many good eating places. Would definitely stay here again.
