Clean overall except for old towels, dirty old carpet and slightly stained bed sheets. NO HOT WATER for an entire day and night.

We spent 2 nights here. Clean overall, except for old towels, stained corner of bed sheets and dirty old carpet. Something unforgivable for a hotel - NO HOT WATER for a whole day and night! Very disappointing!

the good: - great location if you are visiting disneyland - fair price, includes breakfast, free parking, etc the bad - small swimming pool
