We have stayed here several times, hotel has improved over the years. Excellent food in the restaurant. Reception staff efficient and helpful. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Trams to Central Station outside door, very convenient and also reasonably quiet at night. Bedroom spacious, extra toiletries provided. Will stay again.

Hotel was very convenient for tram and Central Station. Excellent food in the Restaurant, but menu limited. Reception staff very helpful. Housekeeping/room servicing could be improved, our room was never vacuumed during our six day stay, as some crumbs(from cracker eating !) remained for four days, and the coffee/cream supplies were not refilled, we had to request refills at reception. However that said, we would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time i've been in this hotel and i hope to come back again. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good, overall the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Kettle in the room for a cuppa!.

Not good for the info given. There is NO fitness/gym inside the hotel only in the vicinity. Small rooms and small and hard beds.

Very friendly atmosphere though for business could do with a more accomodating lounge for recieving guests or a business meeting. Would be better to have a spa/fitness facility.
