Our room was clean but very smokey. Coffee pot didn't work but was quickly replaced. Linen staff forgot to hang bath towels. We loved the location but will probably stay at one of the three neighboring hotels next visit.

This hotel is in a good location. Across the street from Parks Mall and about a 3 minute drive to the Harold Patterson Soccer Complex. The outside of the hotel is older, but the rooms have been updated. Our room was clean and everything worked as should. The price was very reasonable but the only reason why I didn't give it more stars was because of all the noise you can hear. Around 11:00 pm, people started arriving and you can hear doors shut and cars pulling in and out of the parking lot. I'm a very light sleeper so I didn't get much sleep because of this. But my teenage son slept just fine, so it just depends on the person. Overall the stay was good.

the amenities are mostly false. had issues from faucet to towels to no shuttle had to get a different hotel

i wanted a place that had shuttle service, which it still says it does. they did not have ANY!!! we had 4 guests and only 3 towels and 1 washcloth. the shower head fell off... the tv remote did not work.... the toilet kept getting stopped up..... felt buggy. not at all happy
