An excellent hotel.Staff superb --facilities first rate.Restaurant food 1st class.Only gripe bed too firm and small otherwise easily a 4* with 5* staff

We found the hotel to be clean, well run and efficient. It is set in sloping well kept gardens just outside Kendal. A ideal site to explore the Lake District

We were very happy with this hotel and would be happy to return or recommend to others. Very relaxing location set on a large plot of land with well kept gardens.
