Best Western Blue Tower Hotel Amsterdam Guest Reviews (23)
I spent 5nights in BW Blue Tower Ams. The first 3nights was ok.The 4th night onwards, my room was not clean. I had made several complaint to receptionist. No action was taken by housekeeping personel. However, the receptionist had help to replace some towel/shower gel to me. Overall, the pricing of the hotel is ok but service needs to be improved. Compare to other BW hotels that I stay before, BW Blue Tower did not give me a good impression on service.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is extremely difficult to locate and be prepared to travel there by taxi. Far away from all major attractions. For this price it is definitely not worth it. Stay away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself was a litle too far from the centre of Amsterdam. Also we were expecting a double bed but got 2 singles and the bath seemed to be put in the wrong way round so you couldnt lie in it comfortably. Overall the hotel was average and nothing to really complain about.

This hotel is a little away from the centre but the links are excellent. There is a secure car park and it is close to major routes making it ideal for business. The restaurant was quite good, actually a surprise. Staff were all very helpful. Will stay again especially for convenience en-route to business meetings.

the room at blue tower was well above our expectations. we booked 3 star and our room and ensuite was definately 5 star
