A delightfully located hotel. Waking up and going out on your balcony to see some of the most famous mountains in Europe has got to be worth it.

Hotel was good overall - cleanliness was good, rooms and toilets were decent size. Location is good - cery close to the west station. Breakfast is very basic though. The lady at the reception was little rude which spoilt a little bit of our experience.

The hotel was rated as 3 star. But, the facilities were not up to the mark of a 3 star hotel, I would rate it as a single star hotel.

To all those people who seek a very practical hotel with very friendly and knowledgable staff this is good hotel to consider. The room we stayed had a very nice view, the hotel is bang near the interlaken west station and is very practical if u are keeping interlaken as your base. The room is very simple and suits all basic needs. The recieptionist is very very helpful.
