We stayed in a premier city view room and very satisfied as it ticked all the boxes for us including bed,lounge chairs, lcd tv,etc. Continental breakfast included in rate was very enjoyable. Management very friendly. Will return when needing accommodation in the future.

Great staff, very warm and welcoming. Able to accommodate our group with their conference room space for a meeting while we were in Launceston - just great.

Very helpful owner who offered help and information on the area!! The room was average. Good location walking distance to city centre and an easy 5min drive to Cataract Gorge.
