Very helpful staff at reception and friendly -pity the person who took us to the airport the next day wasn't more talkative, wasn't sure he understood or spoke English at all.But that aside a good place to stay- rooms spacious,free internet was very valuable. There could have been a ceiling fan in the main bedroom not just the lounge as the window did not open far enough to allow a cool breeze during the humid nights.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Spent the night here before picking up our Britz motor home. Easy walk to the Britz office.

Excellent service. Diane is an ideal receptionist as nothing was too much trouble.near to airport with 24 hr shuttle service. would not stay anywhere else near airport

We unexpectedly had to spend a night in Aukland between flights. The BK's Pioneer Motor Lodge was very good for this circumstance: they provde a transfer service from and to the airport, and are very close to the airport. The place was ok, clean and a bit sparse with very limited facities. However it was quiet and ok for one night.
