Best Western Atlantic Hotel Chelmsford Guest Reviews
The location itself is very good but the soundproofing is non existent as we could here the traffic all night. The reception staff were very helpful. Service in the restaurant was poor due to poor management; they need a separate bartender not expect the waitresses to do it. The breakfast service was only average as the buffet was a confusing cross between self serve and waiter service!

An excellent mid range hotel, friendly helpful staff,excellent full cooked breakfast(included in the tariff) and free wi fi. Good room lighting and very clean. Twin room was a trifle small, but there was plenty of built in storage

Very well presented hotel - very clean, friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Only one slight complaint is that you had to make your own toast.

Really nice hotel is a good location only a couple of minutes from the station and all the shops. Our room was lovely (twin) although we did ask to change the room as the initial double had only a small double bed. Good secure parking which was great because our car was fully loaded. Breakfast was adaquate but not very exciting. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again - although would probably chooseto eat elsewhere - the restaurant was a bit over priced we thought.
