Shower very very small. Not worthy of 4 star hotel.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are kept in top conditions and look new. This hotel location is not too far from the Central Milan. If you don't have a car, you will need to walk for 10-15 minutes to reach the Subway (Metro) systems, and then it is another 4-5 stops to most of the attractions.

The staff were very efficient, and went out of their way to help me with some material I had to relay back to South Africa very urgently. they also charged me a very minimal fee for this very time consuming assistance.
