I am very impressed for the price we paid for a night. The hotel was cleaned and presentable. I would definitely go there again. I would definitely go there again.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was very nice and felt quite secluded with the trees around it, but was also very close to the shops and resteraunts. The pool was really nice and kept very clean. There was a good range of facilities on offer and the staff were very helpful in offering advice on places to go if you needed it.

I chose this one as it advertised a gym.... it was woefully inadequate. However, for everything else the hotel was fine.

The TV reception was really bad. Out of the many channels, I hardly can view 1 channel. Also, the design of the top of the bath tub is quite bad, it''ve sharp edges near to the entrance of the toilet door. Many times, we hit the edges and have black & blue. In addition, the charges at the resort spa/massage is outrageous. Other resorts in the same area are charging between Bt200-Bt300 per Thai massage session, while this resort is charging Bt400. I can''t see (feel) that it offers much more superior service. Lastly, the location of the resort hotel is badly located. Too many cars/buses are parking at the entrance, forcing guests to walk right on the road, which is dangerous.
