Best Western Airport Inn Nashville Guest Reviews
I went to Nashville to visit with a friend who lived about 20 miles east of Nashville. If i was coming again, I wouldn't probably use this hotel due to its location. If I was going to be touring Nashville, I may select this hotel again due to its close proximity to Nashville International Airport -- my primary reason for selecting it. The room I stayed in had a king-size bed. It was rather hard, but spacious. The chair provided for the desk was very flimsy -- any leaning back at all would have caused it to topple over. One of the energy efficient bulbs was busted... not just broken... but the glass had a hole in it. The view out of the front window of my room was an impressive and personal view of the local Waffle House. I walked to eat there late after arrival -- I was both happy and disappointed about the location. Staff was incredibly friendly and made up for the room's issues itself.

I boked the room by phone and I was promised a non-smoking room, but when I've got to the hotel I had the surprise to find out that the operator booked me on a smoking room. Likely the receptionist was very nice and even if the hotel was booked she found an non-smoking room for me. Not very impressed with the hotel, kind of smelly. I don't think I'll use Orbitz any time soon.

I had a last minute cancellation on the end of my trip and needed a quick place to stay. It was fine. Not particularly clean or special. But, it was a place to sleep and the staff were very nice & helpful!

I had to travel at a short notice to Nashville to take care of some personal matter. I booked [...], hotel plus car, and called the hotel and asked for a clean room with minimum exposure to Visitors with dogs. The staff was very helpful and accomodated my request. Very clean room, good bed, good bathroom, nice sheets and towels, good coffee ( 4 - 5 star quality)and prompt wakeup call. It was a pleasant stay.
