arrived after midnite and staff was very helpfull and alert, also offered transportation and pick up service to and from airport. room nice and clean and break fast service early next day was eccelent.

We did not keep our reservation due to illness. Two days before we arrived my father-in-law we were visiting had a heart attack and was hospitalized. We went there instead of to our hotel as planned. As our reservation was non-refundable we did not borther to notify them. We will not reserve on these basis again.

The staff was so helpful to me. I was traveling alone to attend a funeral and was a bit overwhelmed. Whether I needed help connecting to the internet or a spoon and fork for a late night snack, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel itself was nice. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was wonderful. Continental Breakfast was nice because it started at 5am and some don't start until 6 am. I did however miss some of the extra's like conditioner and lotion that some hotels already have in your room. When flying, you can't pack these things unless they are under 3.4 oz. The one bad thing which turned us off was the pool/hot tub was so dirty and filled with bugs!! It had just rained and I'm not from Florida so I don't know if these bugs are "normal" but we would not even get in either one. Other than the pool/hot tub, the hotel was nice and especially the staff. Great location too.
