Berjaya Resort is on Burau Bay in Langkawi, seven kilometres from Langkawi Airport. Aside from beach activities, holidaymakers also enjoy a tour around Langkawi Crocodile Farm and Tiger! Tiger! Gallery & Exhibit.

We went during Ramadan and the hotel was only 30% full. Upgraded to an over water chalet which was beautiful. Listening to the sea below was very relaxing. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Being close up to the local wildlife was very special and watching the monkeys in the tree next to the beach side cafe as we ate breakfast was very special. Did the tourist things on the island with our hire car and had no problems. May be a bit different if the place was full but we obviously timed our holiday dates to perfection. Weather not the best but the sun could be seen daily through the humid haze and it was always 30C.

4th visit to the Berjaya Langkawi and it never disappoints, great location with newly refurbished chalet style rooms in the rainforest or overlooking the sea. Lots of Wildlife to view right from your balcony or the Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars, it's a quiet place with little nightlife but for me that's perfect. The sea is very murky so no snorkelling sadly but other than that it's great. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berjaya Langkawi Resort. The room was well appointed and well kept by the cleaning staff. The facilities provided by the resort were of a high standard. The restaurants on site were excellent and all of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We are planning to return to Langkawi soon and will be staying at this resort again. The only thing they could possibly improve is access to an ATM machine within the confines of the resort. The nearest ATM machine was some kilometers away.
