As I booked my hotel I was very hopeful it would be good. It was perfect. It is true all of the great reviews. The bed is awesome. The showers are great. Water pressure perfect. The decor is perfect. I cannot rave enough this hotel is a must.

We were put in a handicapped room to begin with.After I asked to move to another room we were coldly put in another room that was sub-standered and less of a room than what I had paid for .after that i was afraid of saying anything else for fear they would put us in another even worse room.the staff was cold and very standoffish.with their hands out constantly for a tip.This hotel was recommened by a friend and now I have lost a friend over this as I want nothing more to do with them over this rotten experience.

Hotel located just a few blocks from time square,,tons of restaurants arodund the hotell, staff was excellent.. Room was a little small, but we only stayed there when we slept, and had a hard time getting the room to cool off...But overall ,great place to stay...

Located within ten minutes walk of the theater district, restaurant row..times square. Great for the business traveller and tourist alike.
