We like this hotel, where we were for the second time. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is outstanding (self-service), swimming pool and sauna have been renovated entirely. The kitchen is not very special. Several times we were not really enjoying our meals. They did however a good rumpsteak and also delicous lamb cutlets. We also liked the salads we had on the Rhine terrace - a real asset!- apart from their eternal yoghurt dressing.

Ideal location right on the riverfront. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful if they had tried.

A very good hotel in a beautiful area. Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are very large and colourful with a nice and complete bathroom. I will come back next year in summer.

I stayed in this hotel many times in the mid eighties, and the elegance and charm is still there 20 years on. This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world for location, service and style. Highly recommend anyone going to the Rhine region to stay here.
