We stayed in this Hotel for two nights during October 2006 and I cant praise highly enough the staff and accommodation. The service was and accommodation were excellent. The location of the hotel was superb, right in the centre of town but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep ! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Berne.

On of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Super elegant, five star all the way. This is a coat and tie establishment, so if you prefer casual take note.
