Location
Bellevue Manor Guest House is situated in a quiet residential area of Sea Point, and is conveniently located for access to the V & A Waterfront, City Centre, and the beaches of Clifton & Camps Bay, all being 5 - 10 minutes away by car. This property is within 20 minutes drive of Cape Towns "Big 6", Cape Point excluded, which are Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch, Groot Constantia wine farm, Robben Island, and the V & A Waterfront.

All rooms are en-suite, comfortable and spacious, and furnished with satellite TV, fan, heater, mini safe, bar fridge, alarm clock radio, & tea/coffee making facilities, to make you feel at home.

The only comment I have was that the beds were a bit poor quality, otherwise we are very satisfied with our stay.

good place to be in a very good location - quite and very nice, close to everything. the service is also very good and the manager is doing his best to make u feel at home. the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. we'd realy enjoy our stay there

pleasant, helpful staff and owner, homey atmosphere continental brekfast we did had a bit of hot shower water shortage clean towels and bedsheets

The Guest house is good.its nice and quite and since we were travelling with a child, it was ideal and convenient.we felt at home.I just dont like wooden floors.

Beautiful old Capetonian town house, ideally located in Sea Point. Very friendly staff, clean and well organized - will come again ;o)
