The BelleVue Beach Paradise has a perfect location, right on the hotel zone, 15 minutes away from the airport and just a few steps away from the shopping centres, restaurants, downtown nightlife and Cancun attractions. The resort is nestled between the Mexican Caribbean and the mangrove-laden jungle setting of the Nichupte Lagoon.

During the year the Hotetur changed ownership and became the Belview Paradise. I'm sorry to say that the policies concerning guests are not as friendly as before. For example, internet access was free before and it now costs $15 / day. USD to Peso exchange rates are not as competitive as before. The people are as great as ever. While I've stayed at this place several times, I think next year I'll look around before booking the Belview.

The food was definitely great! The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel does need some upgrades. New shower heads etc... But overall for the amt of money paid is was fair. The money we saved on the hotel allowed us to do tours and buy souvenirs. The location was great the view was beautiful. During our stay it was very windy thus getting in the ocean was dangerous but we still got to enjoy the beach. The jacuzzi water was cold and the pool water was also cold for my taste, maybe if it was in the hot hot summer days it would be better. Some of the drinks were awesome some not so good. My favorite the Miami vice and Kahlua with milk, yummy! The shows were great, the karaoke was fun! If you are willing to give up some time ~4 to 6 hrs you can get some of the tours discounted if you sit in on a time share/resort membership that hotels offer. I would recommend to a friend as long as they know it is not a 5 star hotel. Most definitely a money saver....

just back from this hotel, it was just me and my 2 young kids. Cant fault the food, the staff or the room or location, great value for money. My only suggestion would be to have a heated swimming pool, as the water was quite cold and due to the very strong winds at this time of year plus beach location you couldnt actually feel the heat that much making a swim in cool water not too appealling, didnt stop my kids though.

Its a good hotel for that price. Staff is very friendly and service was great. We enjoy the food especially a new menu in the restorant were you need reservation. Every night there was entertainment in the hotel if you decide to stay in. They have live music nights, movie or Mexican performance. It was a fun vacation!!!

BelleVue (Hoteteur) Beach Paradise isn't the cleanest, fanciest or most up-to-date hotel in Cancun. It's not trendy, it's not the newest resort and the it is one of the smaller properties. But that's all the bad news there is. What you get when you go to Beach Paradise is a friendly staff who learn you by the end of the week, relatively good food and a great stretch of beach. The drinks are small but plentiful, the pool is always nice and the entertainment staff is top-notch. This is not for the high-end one-trip-blowout resort... Not for a prissy pampered crowd, but for a seasoned couple who vacation on a regular basis and appreciate a resort with the tools to have a great time, at a very affordable price. It's not a SANDALS, but for the price I can come here twice as often!
