We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and most importantly we found the hygiene and cleanliness of our room to be of an excellent standard. Given the chance we will stay at the Bella Vista Motel Rotorua again.

It was an excellent place to stay, friendly hosts, central location, good facilities. We will stay there again when in Rotorua. Nothing to fault.
