As the name suggests you get a "room" not a "Hotel". Whole place a bit shabby, but hugely convenient location, bed quite comfortable, water was hot, plenty of places to eat/drink nearby. T.V had only 1 channel (just !) If you are on a budget cheap by London standards.

This is budget 'no frills' accommodation. The bathroom was serviced and rubbish collected but the rest is up to you. Has tea/coffee and access to free internet. Very close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station.

It is really at the heart of London (for tourists). It's only 5mins away from the Buckingham Palace n 3mins from Victoria Station (there you can take the Underground to every where!!!) The people from the Front Desk were really polite and make us feel like home. They helped us every way they could - gave us maps and directions and answered all our questions and concerns. The room was not so big, but really clean and cosy. The only thing i dislike was that the restroom (toilet) was on another floor, which makes some difficulties at night! ( The Toilet/Bathroom was absolutely clean). Tho next time i'll be back there!

Beware of the size and weight of your luggage! You might have been allocated a top floor room to which there's only a very narrow and steep staircase. The location was FANTASTIC, close to everything. Unfortunately the room was never vacuumed during my 4 nights' stay. In fact, I don't think it was vacuumed BEFORE my stay, either! There was no hot water in my "en-suite" bathroom on the 4th day when I tried to shower after 9am - and still no hot water at 5pm. Do they turn the hot water system down or something? I didn't bother to complain to the sulky receptionist. I realise everything is expensive in London but I wouldn't call this place offers good value!

Quite pricy for a little room. The TV was small, very high up and the ariel lead was too short and the only place for it was dangling in mid air down from the tv. Even with that the best i could get was a snowstorm picture. The safe didn't work. Also charged 2 to pay with my debit card. Not sure, but thought debit cards didn't normally get charged. ok if just to flop out.
