When we checked in we knew we would be happy here. The staff spoke English quite well and all details, transfers etc went exactly as planned. Their exchange rate on currency was better than the banks would offer. The location is excellent and the room was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was excellent. THANKS FOR A LOVELY STAY

Helpful, efficient staff, no tour parties while we were there, comfortable room with excellent bedlinen and towels, good sound insulation, but bathroom fittings should be renewed soon. Breakfast :good by standards in Argentina. Location excellent, with key attractions and a range of places to eat within easy walking distance. We stayed in two other hotels in Buenos Aires, and Bel Air was by far the best although one of the other two in theory was more up-market.

This is a nice hotel, beautiful building and good service. The only complain is about internet, they don't have free internet, if you want it you have to pay $10 by day. I think the room price they charge must cover internet use.

I am glad I stayed at the Bel Aire. The location is good and the people at the front desk spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast was appreciated and there are many great restaurants nearby.

Room was small but functional. There was no iron/iron board but they delivered one to our room as soon as we requested one. The wireless internet has to be ordered daily, to access it was a bit cumbersome and it was slow, that was a bit of a hassle. The bed was HUGE. The towels in the bathroom were EXCELLENT. Breakfast was very nice, nothing special but lots of food and everything was very fresh. The elevators were too small, two people and luggage is all you can fit in them. There was no TV channel in English, it'd be nice to have at least one channel in English, e.g. news. There was no kettle or facilities for coffee or tea. There was no newspaper available during breakfast. We'd recommend it to friends.
