cleanliness was only average as there was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling of our room. the other thing that was a bit dissapointing was that the toilet was shoved in a little corner of the bathroom with very little room to manouver onto the toilet seat. a kitchen sink would have also been nice. apart from that this was a good stay.

The room was cold on arrival and the air conditioner not powerful or good enough to be able to warm up the room sufficiently and efficiently. Name:Cold enough to complain

Hotel is looking a little tired but is reasonably priced and handy for the City. There was no information pack in the room so we found out too late that breakfast closed at 9am. Breakfast at Ricketts Point Tea Rooms just five minutes away by car is exceptional.
