well appointed, great room, really good facilities, the supplied wireless is quite slow to the extent of not being usable

This was a suburban hotel with reasonable facilities. The first night the airconditioner had trouble cooling the room but it had been 40c for a couple of days and it was greatly improved the second night. We would stay there again.

Because it is used as wedding venue on weekends very noisy until early hours of morning. Staff very good, it's not a hotel I would rank as a 4.5 star hotel.

Front desk, housekeeping and dining room staff were very helpful. On a personal note, while the menu was very good for most people, we would have preferred a few more simple items on the dinner menu.

Actually for the price and the spiel on the Net it is a pretty average hotel. Service wasn't the best and I personally wouldn't recommend it or stay there again. Staff weren't 'friendly' or overly helpful - didn't go that extra mile. I have stayed in quite a few Hotels in Melbourne and would place this one in "Average" catetory.
