The person at the front desk was very nice. The room(s) are VERY dated. The carpet isn't torn, but it's VERY worn out. I had to leave the window open because it had a very strong smell of Hexol. The mattress felt like I was laying on a box spring, could not sleep the entire night!

The biggest advantage to this motel is it's location - only half a block from the beach. It is just up from the entrance to the wharf, enough removed from the Boardwalk noise to be peaceful. Standard queen room was small and bed was old. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and packaged pastry. The room had a fridge and small microwave though. The young couple running the place were very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

We stayed one night at the Beach View and found it a very comfortable stay. The rooms offer everything one might need i.e. air con, fridge, TV and it's set in an excellent location. It's quite basic but for the price and location you cannot complain. I would recommend for a short stay.
