Service was good. Although an older motel, everything worked and was clean. Bed was comfortable and there was no problems checking in or out. Would stay there again.

Electric jug not working. Had to go and get remote for TV from reception. It took the manager 45 minutes to get DVD playing. Holes in bedspread and curtains.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I was frustrated to find the wireless broadband was unusable (not my laptop's fault as it worked fine at other hotspots) and I had to then PAY to use the computer in the toilet-sized room near reception. Kind regards

Located only within a walking distance to the beach and a big shopping mall, it gives you very comfortable surroundings. Warm hospitality and guidance of a staff member led us to Phillip Is. and the ferry ternminal in Sorento without getting lost.
