It is difficult to find a cheap hotel in Singapore and the Beach does fit the bill on that account.

It is a basic hotel with only basic services. It is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are basic. Our room was directly above a kitchen so it remained 30degrees at all times... Air conditioner only just coped

Located 10-15 min from nearest metro. Rooms with basic equipment. Service is ok, however friends found a huge bug in their room. I would say that this hotel is at a hostel level. Would not go there again.

Excellent location, but not worth the money spend. Found bugs, huge bugs in our room!!!!
