hotel is nice staff always there . there is no room service or people to get drinks by the pool . only has 1 real bar by the pool that has 1 person serving so can be a bit of a wait . you have to make reservations for the restaurants which was a chore long lines only 1 person to handle it and mostly they are booked out and stop taking reservations after 1 pm. overall the value was there but wouldn't go back

Not perfect but we had a great time. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The room was nice but the TV rarely worked and the phone in our room never worked. The buffet was fair and I am not sure what exactly was used for ketchup and syrup but they were a little "off". The a la carte restaurants were excellent. I preferred the Brazilian and the Mexican but my boyfriend preferred the gourmet restaurant. Either way all 3 were quite good. The beach was the best around. Just plain beautiful. If you are a stickler for perfection you will find all the faults but just relax and enjoy the beauty. There is always more than enough to drink!

The hotel is very nice for what it cost to stay there. Do watch your back though. Know the area and keep clear of the rip off artist that roam the beach and some of the malls near by. The food was great but, I was quite ill for most of my stay. Don't drink the water! I did not understand why past customers had bad things to say about the food or the service. Tip well & good service will be there and you too will have great things to say. However, all inclusive is not my thing.

This is a 2 1/2 star hotel, although clean and staff friendly. They did not go the extra mile like most resorts. Got assigned the new rooms (Bld #9) however asked to be moved due to it being furthest from the pool and activities. New room was old and they tried to ask for more money if we wanted a view. Other people whom tried to change rooms were denied, although the hotel was only 20% fill during the entire time I was there. It got a little busy on the weekend with the locals who came. They were all polite and nice. I also could of sworn I saw a couple working girls, but not certain.. I did read it in another persons reviews also. The old rooms, building #5 reminded me of a Motel.. Pool is cold and there is no swim up bar so you need to get out to get drinks. Waiter service would of been nice. We ate at all 3 a la cart restaurants, however on the other 3 days we did not have reservations I went early AM as they recommend to see if there was any open tables. I was told NO. However when we went on our assigned nights, these restaurants were 20% full. As we spoke with more visitors, they had the same experience. Not sure why they won`t accomodate requests if they could. Almost like saying "Take it or leave, we don`t care". The animation group (entertainers) worked hard and were engaging. During our stay, our little one 7 got a small cut, I asked for a banaid, however after 20min. was told I could purchase one at their stores. Once the pool close at 6PM, there is no activities for any teenagers, unlike some resorts where they can play pool, ping pong or just surf the internet (You have to pay hourly at this resort), in fact the pool bar is the only place to hang out and it swampped by adults drinking. I would NOT go back again....
