Location
In the heart of Cancun Hotel Zone, arises the spectacular pyramid of Grand Oasis Resort Cancun, with an excellent location, just 20 minutes from the International Airport and downtown. The hotel offers you a spacious half a mile beach, par 3 golf course, beautiful lush, groomed gardens and the possibility to be in the middle of one of the best tourist places.

All the 446 guestrooms at the resort are well furnished and decorated in Mexican style with modern amenities. Most of the rooms come with balconies overlooking the ocean, lagoon or the lush green gardens.

Nice hotel with a very attentive staff. Good location. Stayed for 3 days and resort had a wide variety of restaurants and lounges.

This is best hotel for location, service and food. I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights with bunch of single buddies. We had a blast. We also saw couples and family with kids. They were having their own good time by quiet pool. Hotel staff is great. Prompt service. Beach is very nice and pools are good too. Food was excellent. Best food I have ever eaten. I been to Cancun multiple times and this hotel had best food thus far. I am vegetarian and I was happy with it. Be sure to make reservations at Mexican restaurant, they have best food in hotel. If you are in US, you can easily pay $100 for food of that quality. Few cons: Bathroom wasn't top notch. And, we brought couple of female friends to our room and she puked all over floor and bed. We had to call hotel staff to clean it up and they charged us $90 for cleaning services. Wasn't too happy about that.

Terrible food. No ac in resturants. Mini fridge is limited to 2 beers 2 sodas 2 waters per day. Room service takes an hr for delivery of bad food....cant order more pop or beer. No staff to deliver food or drinks to you on beach. Called 4 times to have fridge refilled. Dreams spa in Cancun was the best we have ever had. Waited on hand and foot. Sorry....but when you have to beg for 2 more cheap beers....thats sad. Never go back.
