The internet computer at the lobby was constantly offline. No free Wi-Fi (although it says so on the desk).

Decent hotel for people on a budget. Our only problem was some building work on next door building waking us up. However we asked reception if they could move us and they did.

It is just a hotel room for you to rest and bath. Go out of the room most of the time. It is London. Time is better spent outside the room than inside.

Small room and a terrible bed for two. Icecold bathroom. Papertowel on the floor. To sweet and a tastless breakfast. The pictures in internet lies about the hotel. We will never go there again, and we will not recommend it to anaybody.

In need of a up date in some areas but very clean and most of the staff were very helpful would use it again if the need arose.Easy to get around London from this area and the lovely Kensington Gardens are a 5 min walk away.

Most of the staff was friendly. One lady needed a lesson on how to smile and treat people. She was not very friendly to us and especially to my 10 year old daughter.

I thought the Bayswater Inn was a very good hotel and excellent value for money despite reading several reviews to the contrary. I would definitely go back. The hotel was very conveniently situated for underground and buses and there were also several good restaurants nearby.

The Breakfast was very basic (Just toast, Bread rolls and tea/coffee/Chocolate). But for the location and if you just want a room for the night it is excellent. Some may say the room is small, but I found it big enough for the two of us. The staff were friendly and the interior smart and clean. I would recommend this Hotel, however for the money you may be able to get better.
