Baymont Inn & Suites Oklahoma City South Guest Reviews
I have stayed at Baymont Inns before. This was on the bottom inn of a hotel and more like a motel. You can tell that this one was a renovated motel from another chain. But, it was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The location was amazing if you were needing to be somewhere in between the city and Moore/Norman areas.

We went swimming in the pool. Laid around. The continental breakfast was kind of lame. About the same. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel if it was the last place to stay. The service was terrible and the rooms weren't even that clean. We had to move rooms 3 times the 1st night we were there due to tv & ac problems then the next night, after being in the heat all day, came back to hotel & found they had no water & were very rude about it. Not a good hotel at all!

I'm a traveling nurse and spent numerous night in hotel/motels. By far this was a bad experience, not horrible. [...]. Hotel staff extremely rude to 4 guest already checked in and to the other 3 guests trying to check in. The room I finally received after an hour was dirty with cigerette ashes and food crumbs, used towels, ice in ice bucket and non vacuumed floors. The staff did try to clean up mess and I was too tired to go anywhere else. The next day, locked out of room because key was not loaded correctly, room wasn't cleaned and come to find out the plug in my clock was plugged to didn't work, nor did the phone that had msgs on.

The hotel was not clean. There were ashes on the floor, the hallway smelled like urine, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub, and there dead bugs on the carpet. On top of all that the staff was rude! The day manager asked my 8 year old, "why does your mom make you carry everything instead of her getting up off her lazy butt to do it herself." And the A/C didn't work very good. When I complained about the state of the room, I was told too late I already paid through [...]and I was stuck with it. Otherwise we went to the Winchester Drive in theater which is just a couple of miles away. And a little water park that was only $6 per person to get in. OKC is a great family trip, but don't stay at this hotel.
