The Airport Shuttle Drivers and the Morning shift Hotel Receptionists were absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed my experience at the Baymont. My hotel room was clean and I really appreciate the staff helping me and making my stay in Houston enjoyable.

Good value for money - in other words, you get what you pay for. Efficient airport shuttle, basic breakfast, free internet, comfortable bed, but the place certainly had a tired feel about it. Needs freshening up. Major drama was that the hotel phone system packed up at 11pm and wasn't repaired until mid morning the enxt day. Couldn't even contact the front desk from my room and the hotel phone number wasn't being answered - very poor!
