The hotel was easy to find. Very close to the main entrance to Disney. Close to many restaurants. The room was clean with no smells. Nice flat screen tv. Bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Has lots of storage to put things away. Microwave, fridge and small kitchen sink. The continental breakfast was just ok. It was free so we ate there.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet; staff was very friendly, Buffet was ok...nothing special at all. Shuttle service would be the only improvement I would suggest. The shuttle only leaves and comes back once a day if you are going to Epcot, and Two times a day if you are going to Magic Kingdom. Besides that, we were pleased :-)

I'm always a nervous about booking a hotel room because you never know what its like until you get there but this was simply great. The room was really nice staff was really nice breakfast was good and as one of the previous reviews said it really does look just like the pictures. Overall this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Waited for a long time to check in. Room was not well maintained (such as some lamps and coffee machine not working), staff seems need training.

Our experience was great, the service excellent , the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast good. Location perfect for our visit to the parks. We were very happy to stay there and will stay again. Also we are recomending Baymont Inn and Suites to our friends and family.
