Room is quite basic but its good enough. value is ok. bit of a walk to city..not advisable to walk during peak summer. staff are helpful and polite.

The staff are so nice and helpful. My family had a very good experience there with the clean and quiet environment. Althougn its a little bit far from the central, its worth taking a walk along the Esplanade and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

It is a little far away from CBD but it is acceptable with lower price. However, the WIFI is not stable at all. It is not worthy to pay for the WIFI service.

Bay Village Tropical Retreat felt classically modern and spacious inside the room and out. The carpark was secure day and night, and the Balinese Restaurant attached was our dinner splurge. The banquet lets you try a little of everything and includes matched wines with each course. We did have to firmly ask the staff for fresh bed linen mid stay though, which they eventually provided but the fuss was embarrassing.
