Baumanburi Resort & Spa Phuket Guest Reviews
My wife and myself shared a Deluxe room at the Baumanburi Resort for 2 weeks in September 2011. We found the staff at check-in to be very helpful and all other staff including room service to be polite and ready to assist with any request that we needed to make during our stay. The pool is one of the nicest that we have experienced with adequate poolside lounges for everyone. Lots of shade in very nice surroundings. The breakfast included in the room-rate was nice with a good selection of food. For the price and location this hotel is certainly great value. We would not hesitate to stay there agin in the future.

My Wife and myself had a 1 night stay at the Baumanburi Resort and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on arrival to a lovely room on the 5th Floor overlooking the Pool area. The staff were very helpful and the location although a littlle bit away from the beach was still very central for us. The pool facilities are really nice and the breakfast was all that you could ask for. We would stay there again without any hesitation. Kerry and Colin Anderson Western Australia

We stayed for 1 night in a standard room as we were in transit, however if staying for a longer period I would suggest clients pay the extra for a Deluxe room which is more modern, larger in size and close to the pool.

We (5) had previously stayed at this hotel and while they didn't honor the committment for airport hotel transfers, we enjoyed our stay so returned on the last leg of our holiday. Walking distance to the markets and beach as well as a 15 min walk to the large shopping complex of Jungceylon. The front counter staff are not as friendly as the bar and wait staff but definitely not rude. The pool area was very pleasant and the variety at breakfast was very good. The house band musicians are very good and we enjoyed the entertainment provided. Internet connection is expensive and something could be done about this for the convenience, but there are internet cafes around much cheaper. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.
