Very friendly staff. Good position close to several restaurants. Low cost. Small room with individual bath. Very old facility. Shared kitchen, dinning room, and laundry. Suitable for travellers with demand of low cost and privacy. I did find spider in the room. However considering this is Australia and Tasmania is more wild, it is somehow reasonable.

It is in city centre, very convenient place. The bed was too soft and shaky. I got a back pain. I could not sleep well because of it and the bell from the charch in front. However, Staffs were nice and friendly.

Very comfortable place central location but not noise at all. Very clean kitchen and rooms. Good value for money.

highly recommend. very suitable for the average traveller. the kitchen was immaculate. nice room. very helpful reception. we had a lovely two days there and would definately stay there again. heritage building.
