Perfect location next to the medina. Very reasonable rates.Bathrooms need a makeover but fortunately water very hot! Have stayed there three years running as it is next to the Batha Musee -perfect for the afternoon concerts that are part of the Sacred Music Festival which is brilliant.

Very good location and has obviously been a top hotel in its time. Unfortunately the rooms, especially the bathroom are in desperate need of refurbishment. We complained about the state of our bathroom and had it cleaned by the housekeeper. It made no difference, only a new bathroom would improve the situation. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was available on the street outside the hotel which was safe (for us at least) and cheap.

The man at the front desk was way to pushy and tried too hard to sell hotel services. The girls waiting tables in the restaurant were rude and unfriendly. The men in the restaurant were quite accommodating however. The facilities were nice.

Good location, staff are helpful. But could be better. For the price you pay it quite okay.
