only disapointment was that we booked online through an agent and ticked the box for a smoking room, only to discover the hotel doesnt do smoking rooms.

Pleasant staff ... in particular the Person on Duty at Checkout in the morning. We arrived at 11 PM in the evening and the staff were very helpful. We ordered Room Service and it arrived at our Room in no time. Room excellent with a large double bed.
