El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones, se ve que los chavos de mantenimiento hacen bien su trabajo. Tiene solo una alberca pero cuando yo fui fue mas que suficiente para las personas que habia no se en temporada alta si funcione bien asi. Los restaurantes digamos que estan bien en cuanto a servicio, tal vez un poco mas de variedad seria lo ideal La recepcion un poco lenta cuando llegamos parecia que eran nuevas las chicas que ahi atendian, fuera de eso me la pase muy bien

my stay at this hotel was wonderful, the room was amazing, the staff was great, great restaurants onsite, the entertainment was good and the location was good too. don't have anything bad to say...

The hotel is conveniently located, the beach is very pretty. The hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Do not hesitate to stay at the hotel, Barcelo and always makes your vacation perfect.

I went to cancun last month to celebrate my birthday, and it couldnt be any better place than barcelo! The entertainment team excellent! good activities during the day and a different show every night. The clubs are 5 minutes away taking a bus or a cab. The food is not a 5 stars hotel but its worth it, you have different options every night at the buffet or the restaurants a la carte.

My whole experience at Barcelo Costa was fantastic. I would come again and recommend it to others. It has a great location, lots to do outside of the all inclusive, wonderfully presented and tasty food, very polite staff members, and it is very clean.
